Executive Director
Christopher Vito Novielli
I’ve been a member of WUDI since 2010 and have held many roles within WUDI and the broader ultimate community at this point. I previously sat as Executive Director from 2017-2019. WUDI was the first organized ultimate I played before going off to college. I have now played every Summer and every Fall and Winter league since graduating in 2014. I have given back to WUDI in many ways and WUDI has provided me with so many friends, experiences and a community I can call home. I have always been extremely passionate about WUDI and Ultimate overall and want to step back into the role to try and give back to the community that has been so great to me.
I am confident I am the best fit for this position. The combination of my passion, experience, and ability to work through problems and find solutions on a case-by-case basis is similar to what I do every day with my clients at work. We talk openly, we identify problems and I offer possible solutions. I would like to take this same approached with WUDI and push towards growing the community and playing opportunities for everyone.
At-Large Member

I am stoked to be running for the at-large position on the WUDI board this year. I started playing ultimate frisbee at age 12 and have participated in the WUDI leagues for the past 8 years. I first learned of WUDI through friends at local pickup games, which shows the incredible impact WUDI has on bringing ultimate players together. Although I am not heavily involved in the club ultimate scene and did not play much in college, I have genuinely appreciated playing and chatting with all the WUDI players over the years.
My experience for the position includes online content creation from my time working at a bike shop. I was responsible for social media posts to promote products and enhance community engagement. Community outreach is one aspect that can be improved in our league, and I intend to work on the growth of WUDI. In addition to online support, I enjoy organizing fun activities and have many ideas for social events. I believe to sustain the competitive level of play in WUDI, we must continue to develop the skills of our players, while also promoting a fun and welcoming environment.
If elected, I promise to be an advocate for all players of the WUDI community and am prepared to commit my time as a board member. Get down to biz and vote for Liz!

I am excited to run for the at-large position on the WUDI board!
I’ve been playing ultimate for 10+ years with this being my 3rd year in WUDI. I love that Ultimate draws a community of people that enjoy the competition the sport brings as much as ensuring a fair and fun experience for players of all levels. I’m passionate and committed to the sport and this community, and I hope to take that same passion to supporting the WUDi board, coordinating events, and engaging the Westchester and Connecticut ultimate community.
Seeing more that goes on in organizing the league by captaining these past 2 seasons has really inspired me to get more involved in helping a community where I’ve had so many great memories on and off the field. I hope to be able to give back by continuing to foster a fun, friendly and spirited culture for the league, as well as engaging in conversations about its future.

- Administered a 24-team, spanning 11 cities, in the South Korean frisbee league.
- Managed sponsorships and oversaw the design of team uniforms.
- Acted as a liaison for all equipment orders.
- Hired and managed a native secretary responsible for maintaining a $40,000 league balance.
- Organized and facilitated regular board meetings, elections, and addressed government-related issues.
